OKI Electric Cable has launched a new thin, high-flex robot cable, "ORP-SL105℃," designed for high-temperature environments. This product primarily targets environments where heat-generating equipment is concentrated, such as AI robots, AI semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and FA (Factory Automation) equipment.

In recent years, the increasing density and automation of factories have led to rising temperatures around equipment, making it increasingly difficult to use conventional 80℃ rated cables. Against this backdrop, there has been a growing demand for industrial cables with higher heat resistance.

"ORP-SL105℃" retains the thinness, high flexibility, and high bending performance of the conventional ORP-SL series, while increasing the rated temperature to 105℃. It also conforms to UL standards (UL758 AWM Style 2517), ensuring stable use even in high-temperature environments. Furthermore, because it maintains the same outer diameter and mechanical properties as conventional products, replacement is easy, minimizing the risk of design changes. This product contributes to stable operation and improved maintainability in environments facing challenges in heat management, space-saving wiring, and handling.
