Harvatek Corporation is a manufacturer of LEDs established in Hsinchu, Taiwan in 1995. The company was listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in 2003. It has now become a leading manufacturer of semiconductor chips and LEDs for a wide range of applications. It supplies products globally. Harvatek has promoted investment and research into small surface-mount LEDs found in mobile phones, PDAs and laptops to become a global leader in SMD LED technology. Harvatek employs over 800 people at its Hsinchu, Taiwan headquarters and Shenzhen, China factories. Harvatek has an extensive distribution network with sales offices throughout North America, Europe and Asia. In 2010, Harvatek built a 4,881 square meter state-of-the-art production facility in Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan. Today, Harvatek is capable of producing 2.7 billion units per month, allowing it to meet almost any customer requirement.
