Terms & Conditions

Shipping & Handling: Shipping charge/ Custom duties and taxes (Depending on your order. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.)

Terms of payment: Add the item you wish to purchase to Cart and click [Check out] to complete your purchase.

How to Order: In the case of EMS, we will contact you for shipping costs after your order. Please pay after the customer accepts the total amount. We will ship the item after your payment is confirmed.

If you have a Fedex account number, you can ship with Fedex Flight Collect. In that case, the shipping fee depends on the contract between you and Fedex.Please let us know your Fedex account number.

Make a payment through Paypal or Bank Transfer after completing your purchase. Your order will be cancelled if your payment is not completed within 10 days after your purchase.

Shipping timeframe: Ordered items will be sent out within 1 to 2 weeks after the payment confirmation. Please not that some items may take longer to be sent depending on stock.

Exchanges/returns/cancellations: ・We accept returns of defective, damaged or incorrect items. Prior to any return please notify us at eigyo@nisho.co.jp within 7 days of delivery. We will inform you the returning procedure.
・The shipping charge for any return is responsible for a customer.

Note: We sell the product you ordered on multiple markets both domestically and overseas and because of this it sometimes sells out after it has been ordered.
