This is a coaxial connector wire harness from Japan Eleparts. The connectors in the image are RP-SMA plug, RP-SMA jack, and the cable is RG174. RP-SMA is designed to be incompatible with standard SMA connectors in reverse polarity to comply with US FCC regulations that prevent users from attaching non-standard types of antennas to wireless devices. The difference between standard SMA and RP-SMA is that the SMA plug is a male pin, but the RP-SMA plug is a female socket. The SMA jack is a female socket, but the RP-SMA jack is a male pin.
